Outlet ans Quick grab extra discount

How it works? I put 8 products from the Outlet and Quick Grab pages but the price doesn't cahnge in the Cart!

I'm mssing something again?

    The 20% will not apply on Outlet and Quick Grab items but on everything else.

    Doesn't stack with outlet items, so not a discount on the entire cart but only on non outlet items with five or more outlet items.

    I don't get that. It says on the sale page, "Extra 20% off* your entire order with
    5 or more Outlet or Quick Grab items." Entire order includes the OS & QG, right? I mean, it's a pretty clear statement! The fine print only says "*Items must be in cart simultaneously for discount to apply.
    Discount excludes Gift Cards, Memberships and Licenses."

    I thought it could work with just the Outlet and Quick Grab items, instead the discount is applyed to non-outlet and non-Quick grab items in the cart.

    Extra discounts never work on Outlet or Quick Grab items. Though they probably should have said "extra discount on the rest of your order", to make it clearer.

    I agree, lately the "promo rules" are a bit confusing.

    Much in the store’s marketing can be confusing … and not totally by accident in my opinion.  Each store has qualifying text:

    Quick-Grab Store

       Unless otherwise specified, no discounts, coupons, tokens, or other deals may be applied to Quick-Grab Items.

    Outlet Store

       Unless otherwise specified, no discounts, coupons, tokens, or other deals may be applied to Outlet Items.

    Naturally, I thought it would work as you hoped. I think, based on the wording, it should! But obviously, it doesn't. Unfortunate! Even so, as I mentioned elsewhere, 50% with a 20% discount is 60%. So, fair play to that. There are some very good bargains to be found in the OS and QG, and I've been shopping there more than anywhere else since those stores arrived. So, not really complaining.

    There's nothing "lately" abouit it.  The absurd number of errors and non-functional discounts that this store has in the average week, not to mention the confusing verbiage that makes one wonder if English is the store staffs third language, has been going on for at least a decade now.

    They never phrase the sales correctly the first and only sometimes go back and fix them.

    But, expecting any discount on the outlet or grab bag isn't going end well.

    I've always found the discounts terribly confusing. That's why I don't spend much money here.
