Are they listed in Still New? If not, they probably aren't part of the deal. A New tag isn't the same as Still New, oddly.

Also, post this question in https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/717566/new-year-new-sales-thread-report-issues-here-2-reporting-only#latest to make sure the mods see it, so they can get it looked into.
