Are there any other characters that have a semi-cartoonish look to them for Genesis 1 similiar to "Jason/Jasmin for Genesis (Uber Bundle)" [ https://www.daz3d.com/jason-jasmin-for-genesis-uber-bundle ]

I don't own them but probably too toony
If you search for 3DUniverse and Genesis you'll find all of Steve's Genesis 1 characters, and most of them are simiar to Jason and Jasmin:

There's Toon Amy, Jazlyn and others, male and female, older and younger. As Wendy mentioned, you can add in other Genesis characters (toon or non-toon) like Hiro 5 and Hitomi, or even older figure morphs like Hiro 4, Aiko 4 and Girl 4 to make new ones. Dialing in only small amounts of Toon charactes to the base Genesis can give you some very good results too, slightly less toonish but not realistic.
You can dial in different amounts of all the Genesis library and mix them together, so add a bit of other Genesis charactes to Jason (e.g. Hiro 5) to give you a wider range of characters.
The beauty of Geneis is the ability to mix and match as needed, and Genesis had a very wide range of toonish characters.
Let me know if you're curious about any particular sets for mixing and matching and I'll try and pus some samples together for you.
You read my mind. I'm mixing Genesis cartoon-looking characters with Genesis non-cartoon looking characters to give me a unique look ...
... However, I would like to get as many different cartoon characters as I can to give me the widest possible base.
Looks like you alerady know what you're doing. Something else you may want to mix in as well (if you haven't already thought of it) is age and ethnicity morphs:

Thank you. I'll keep that in mind.
