I do not own ZBrush! Is there any way to stop the DAZ Install Manager too offering me updates for GOZ? Cheers

If you installed, uninstall (from the Installed tab), delete the package from the Ready to Install tab (right-click menu) and when it reappears in the Ready to Download tab, Hide it (also right-click menu).

No... unless you uncheck plugins filter but you won't see any plugins fed in.

You can simply Hide it in Ready to Download.
