Pose Converter G3, G8 to G9 not working.
I have used [Pose Converter G3, G8 to G9] this converter a couple of times in the past with no problems, but now I simply get this error: "selected filetype not supported, please select a pose preset". I'm not sure what could have changed, anyone else have this happen or have an idea how to fix it? I am using poses that came with an asset, specifically seating poses for a vehicle. Human Majestic car driver and passenger poses.

Moved to Techncial Help as it is probably a product question rather than a daz Studio application question, though you don't specifiy which converter.
If it is failing only on those poses are they Hierarchical Pose Presets? If so try changing the figure's parent to None, with parent In Place enabled so it doesn't move, and then try running the converter again (if this is one that works on presets rather than posed figures you may need to apply the pose, then save a new preset and run the converter on that).
Hmmm, I'm not sure what happened, but I noticed the converter was no longer in my scripts menu in the main menu. Genesis 9 to Genesis 8 was still there but the 3+8>9 was gone. Re-installed it and ran the setup to put it back in the scripts menu on the main menu, and everything worked again. Running the script from the content library does not. This goes way beyond my understanding, but it does work from the main menu again so I am happy. Thank you for the reply.
Doesn't this script work on seelcted files in the Content pane? If so then running it from there would have the wrong things selected.
Running the converter Script from Content Library also works if you select a Pose Preset or H.Pose Preset from Smart Content beforehand, or do it reversely, i.e. select a Pose/H.Pose Preset from Content Library then run the Script from Smart Content.
But, adding the script to Menu and/or Toolbar is always the better way... as you did.
