Get one more year of free Windows 10 updates. With a few caveats though.
In any case, you will still get free AV updates indefinitely (I still do, even on windows 8.1).

There's an open source Github tool that will actually update your Windows10 license to LoT Enterprise Edition for free, giving you support until 2038.
It takes less than 2 minutes to run it, and it works. I used Method 2.
