is there no sale support working?

Hi,
I have open sale ticket for about 30 days and 8 days. Nothing happened.
I don’t understand why there are so many sales with issues, but no one to handle corresponding tickets.
Or is it only me ?

30 days is nothing, I am still waiting on a sales ticket I submitted in March when I upgraded to premier. That is 6 months, and no response at all in that time. In the past sales tickets where answered in a day or two. DAZ owns me 20 odd dollars due to not discounting my premier membership by the amount I had paid for the year of DAZ+ I lost. I expect tech support tickets to take a long time, but not sales support.
If they feel I am not entitled to the money, the least they could do is anwer the ticket and say so. Instead I got 6 months of silence. We were told back in March to be patient as DAZ had many similar tickets to resolve, but I feel 6 months is stretching the patience a bit far.
I am not sure what to do now. I could raise the ticket again, but that would likely be ignored again.
Don't feel alone I have been waiting for six months also. Already had Premier monthly but took them up on yearly when it was offered. They started yearly before my monthly was over so I didn't get my monthly bundle yet. I requested a monthly bundle from them. No reply at all.

I also asked Daz's AI about this. AI Victoria was going to make a ticket on this for me. Never heard from anyone on AI's ticket either. I finally looked and that ticket was in with my unanswered one but that ticket was completely blank!
And sometimes, you never get any reply to your ticket. It happened to me several months ago (6 months I think) and the ticket is still open. I have updated it several times without success.
I submitted a ticket to Tech Support for Calum 9 HD as one of his materials had weird metadata. This was about 2 - 3 weeks ago. Yesterday I was contacted, received an apologise, and told the issue was confirmed and being elevated. Today, the updated Calum 9 HD was in DIM. Then the email came saying I needed to uninstall and delete my package and install the new package. And yes, I did look and by just letting the update run, the error was still there. So, uninstall, delete the zip file, then reinstall fresh. File looks good now.
That doesn't mean a report from 2023 is still open but is being worked on.
