looks like a custom job. im thinking soft3d jiao with about 30% victoria9, eyebrow card 6 thin, id try adding some lips thin about 47% for the head. jiao body 100%. and maybe for the skin id use another soft3d model, like gloria or beth. also maybe put it through photoshop and make it a bit pale, which i was too lazy to do

ive tried to figure out what base character was used for over a year and finaly came across jiao but knew there had to be a mix with another character. then i noticed victorias nose and boom!

i like the hair but that braid ruines it for me so id go with something else
