I purchased the MUA Bundle this morning and when I got the Product Library page I found that only MUA Glow Portraits Poses for Genesis 9 Feminine and MUA 101 Full Looks LIE Make Up System For Genesis 9 included in the bundle and showing individual items for download. But, the 'What's included' shows:
Yet when I looked at the missing file, MUA LIE Make Up System For Genesis 9 Vol.2 I found I am shown as not having purchased it!
Is this something that I will need to send in a Customer Service report or is this something that the Moderators can elevate to get fixed by DAZ when they arrive for work at 9am MST?

Vol 2 doesn't seem to be linked to the bundle properly, that was reported earlier.
In other similar cases it was fixed without requiring a ticket, so I suggest waiting for now.

Yes, I noticed this when I went through the stoe and reported it - I would expect it to be added for all purchasers as well as for new sales, so please wait before opening a ticket.
The missing file was added to the bundle, but has not been added to my account. When I click on the bundle is shows me as needing to purchase that item still. Is this still being worked on?
It requires a separate process to be run, adding the item to the bundle is just a list-pick. Please give it a bit longer and if it still hasn't been doen I will ask for an update.
Just a quick update, it is 10:36 MST here and I just check my Product Library and the Bundle promo, and https://www.daz3d.com/mua-lie-make-up-system-for-genesis-9-vol2 is still not linked into the bundle. Matter of fact, when I tried to click the link for it from the Product Library page under the Bundle, I went into a swirly, so I went back.
I do appreciate your help. And apologise if I am being testy. I have a killer migraine today and the meds are not helping.

The Dreamlight blitz sale is not working properly. I don't see a coupon, just "all items must be in the cart together" text. Here's a screenshot of my cart. According to the image, all the Dreamlight items in there should be about 1.99 each. There are no Daz+ or new Dreamlight items in there:
Similar issue here. I'm seeing no discount / random discounts on the flash sale items, with two new releases in the cart.

The Dreamlight Blitz sale "shop" button of course takes you to Dreamlight items that do not qualify for the sale(new items) as well as those that do.
The $2 for 2 new repalces the $1 for 1, it doesn't give both. 2+ new + 5 eligible Deamliight takes them down to $2.99 each, which is correct.
I will ask about this, sorry it is taking a while - especially with a migraine on top.
It is being worked on, but CS will be able to add the product if it doesn't appear in your account in adequate time.
Yeah, I don't know how to read. :D I figured it out after I posted that.
I had turned off my computers shortly after my post yesterday and turned them on this morning to find the missing product is still not added to my account. So is my best option a Customer Service request at this point? Or is this issue bigger than just my order and is giving the programmers fits and they are still working on it?

I sent in a ticket also. It is also missing in list of downloads in Download Manager. I also get the black box with swirl animation in the bundle link for it in my product library
Beulah at Customer Service came through. I wasn't at my desk, but Simon, my 3-paw cat noticed the email, sent Charlie, his 4-paw partner to get me. I finished my breakfast with him meowing at me constantly. Found the email and rebooted DIM and it showed up. Also refreshed my Product Library page and the bundle was corrected and the page was good to go.
They may be having to work through the reports one-by-one, so if you haven't reported the issue, I recommend doing so. Especially as next Monday is a Federal Holiday here in the U.S. (Presidents Day - when we celebrate two great, dead presidents. It combined Washington and Lincoln's birthdays into one.)
The Friday 13th sale has 140 Daz+ items, but the coupon doesn't apply to them.

And yet again it looks as if the wishlist sale conditions for today are incomplete, since cart behaviour suggests that new items aren't included. The conditions only state that items have to be wishlisted before Feb.14, i.e. today, and you have to have a Valentine's special release in the cart.
Edit: oh nevermind, I see it's another 'storewide' sale... well, at least this time I have one of the included items actually in my wishlist...
it seems as though it's only the wishlisted items in the link. I don't know why they have so much trouble conveying information on these sales, it's just incredible. For instance, the wording on the conditions of the 5.99 new release sale.

The way I understand the advertising, these Valentine releases are supposed to be sold for 5.99 but none of them are at that price when added to my cart (I added them all to check).

Yes, I noticed that after I posted... at least I had one item that qualified
as far as the 5.99 items, i think it's that you get a 'sweetheart new release' for 5.99 when you buy one of the new releases in the initial new release group, it's just not worded properly at all.
I guess the safest thing to do, is not buy anything until there's clarification on if the first group of new releases are supposed to be 5.99 and just priced incorrectly (which is also a possibility)
I get the discount when I have a DNR in my cart and one of the Sweetheart selection. However, I am inquiring as right now it also takes the 30% discount, so I don't know if that's intentional.
