  • Those two i think didn't make the cut and were not included in the 57k+ items. Too bad, i have sparrow in my WL too (already purchased camile).

    Still, not getting the extra 10/20/30% from "Today's deal" is kind of a problem for me as i was calculating with that in mind.

    You are right... Those two aren't actually in the 57k collection.

    Totally get it. Half the time I can't get on the forum to see if anyone has responded or not, anyway. 

    Appreciate that the mods (collectively) are trying as hard as you do.

    Hi mods, don't know if I'm just being stupid again, but this promo (attachment) is confusing me, The character bundle consistsonly of an outfit and the Vaelric character. So to reduce said bundle, we're supposed to buy the character twice? Doesn't seem to make sense to me at all.

     Ok, so I guess this works out. Goes from $13.01 to $9.50 when you buy the character.

    I'm pretty sure it's a problem on the Daz end. If the page were just failing to load, I'd still be able to see (in my GINORMOUS wishlist) which items on my wishlist had dropped to $0.99 (and there's always something that has) thanks to being in the Quick Grab. Nothing. Literally nothing.

    This is an intermittent issue, happening most Mondays. Unfortunately, according to my Husband the Tech, those are very hard to troubleshoot. Hopefully Daz tracks down & fixes the root cause soon instead of just fixing each time it happens. 

    ETA: earlier today I saw the "0 of 0 items" message; now I just get "calculating."

  • QuickGrab has no content. When I go to the page the "shop" frame stuff at the top appears. But then below the header it just says "Calculating..."

    This periodically happens, DAZ is aware and working on it I think.

    It probably will refresh in an hour (since you posted). For some reason, sometimes Quick Grab refreshes at 12am (midnight) Daz time, and sometimes at 12pm (noon) Daz time.

    This is not an uncommon problem, and is usually the result of human error as there are a suprising number of people who incorrectly believe that 12 noon is 12 AM since it follows 11:59 AM, and that 12 midnight is 12 PM since it follows 11:59 PM.

    Thank you for responding, Richard. I was feeling invisible. It seems suspicious that I don't ever get this error on any other website. Of course, that is just anecdotal evidence, but still...

    was just confused cause it worked like the first week with the same amount of eligible items in my WL (free and 2.99) and suddenly I got random items for both

    You're not alone.  I do occasionally get cloudflare errors on other sites, but on the worst of them it's like once a month or less.  DAZ, on the other hand, seems to have a never ending procession of errors and it's a rare day when there are none.  Maybe it's all the salt drifting in from off the lake...

  • I have a Problem with the punch card. its the 3rd day in a row that i stuck at 2 punches even when i bought stuff over a doller without a break in between. should be 3 by now... not sure what it could be.

    If it's the third day it's normal.
    The number of punches you have corresponds to how many days you made qualifying purchases in the past 3 day, not counting today. So if you miss a day then it counts as a "miss" for the next 3 days. 
    You'll be back at 3 punches tomorrow if you make a qualifying purchase today.
