It's getting funnier and funnier. I added a doorbuster item and today's “Better than Daz+” item to my cart, along with a $100 gift card. The (really nice!) 10%+15% discount amounts to 23.5%, which is due to Daz's calculation method. Never mind; let them be happy with the $1.50.
What I don't agree with, however, is that I don't receive a token for the remaining items (see screenshot). It's clear that there are no tokens for gift cards. But for everything else, Premier members receive one token per $5 spent. Please correct this while the offer is still valid! And I'd also like to keep my remaining tokens, please...
It's likely a bug and you should get the intended number of tokens for the products you're buying, excluding the money spent on the gift card.
If you want to be prepared, what I did when it happened to me was:
If you do not get the correct amount of tokens, you can then open a ticket with sales support, but it's likely the same bug I encountered and back then, I did get the correct amount of tokens.

You're probably right, Elor, and I wouldn't make a fuss over a single token, as in my case. But since the problem with tokens in connection with gift cards has been going on for so long and is becoming increasingly bizarre, something should finally be done about it. But, oh well, it's the weekend again...!
I'll just try it now and report back on what happens.

It's the last day of the Member Festival and the Ceramic Animal still hasn't returned. The only one of these Member Festival freebies I actually wanted, and it was taken from (most of) us before we could get it and hasn't been brought back. Why? It's honestly soured the rest of those freebies for me, because every one that's appeared has been a disappointment in comparison, especially today's. Can we get an explanation about what happened and why some people were allowed to get it while the rest of us couldn't?
I had the reverse problem - gift card showed as 23.5% off, but when I did the calculation on the price in cart versus the gift card amount, it was discounting 24%. I don't think I've seen a discount percentage display beyond the decimal point before, even if it was wrong.
Also had the silly token nonsense when buying a gift card again. On the other hand, whenever I sub Premier, a token or two seems to appear out of nowhere.
Probbly there will be a "surprise" extension of the festival next week and it will be released then. I wouldn't worry too much.
It looks like products from November 10th and 11th aren't showing up in Still New. There are products from November 12th to the 14th, and products from November 9th all the way back to September in Still New, but nothing from November 10th or 11th.
Same here. These were eleased on 11 November; shouldn't they be included as 'Still New' at 45% off and get stacker discounts?

None of the items I bought yesterday or today (and there are a lot because the catchup has been very generous to me!) are showing as Purchased on their store pages. I've tried a hard refresh, but no change.
Is this something I should open a ticket for or can I expect it to work itself out in time?

It's a strange minor problem (the price are correct in the cart) but for some reasons, when I'm logged in, I don't see the adjusted prices for Quick Grab.
As an example, I'm seeing 'Z Fitness Instructor Couple Poses for Genesis 9 and 8' at $20.99 and not $0.99 while logged in. Once logged out, I'm seeing the correct price.
The problem is visible on multiple browsers and logged out and back in didn't solve it.
As said, the price are correct once an item is added to my cart.
Is it only those products doing it, or is it everything?

Looks like that didn't happen. Looks like it's really over. And I'd honestly trade every single one of the freebies I did get for the one that most of us got locked out of. I would really like to know why that happened because it's cost me a lot of trust in the site's offers and promotions. That day, pictures of the ceramic animal were all over the promotional materials, and yet only a small fraction of people here, who pulled the trigger on checking out with it in their carts super-early in the day, were allowed to get/keep it. Why??? Especially because the same mistake happened later in the festival with another freebie and its add-on, and the add-on was made available the very next day, this should have been something that could have been fixed, not blown off.

I'm not sure if it is intended or not but one of member festival stacker freebies ( Member Festival Dice D6 ) is now sale in the store.
The sale slider on the SHOP page and the title on the day's promo page both say "Incredible New Tools Morph tool, skin randomizer, FONTS, Marble skin & More" but there doesn't seem to be a FONT PRODUCT among the debut products on the sale page for today. Many, many times 1 or more debut products do not show up for me on the day's sale page, but if i go to the SHOP page, I can usually see the missing new product that doesn't show on the sale page. Today, though, even on the SHOP page, I don't see a new FONT product. Does anyone know what the new FONT product is, or is there actually no such new product and Daz has just screwed up the texts blurbs ('cause that almost never happens, right?!) ?
