Accidentally used tokens on outlet items, is there a way to get them back?

Hi,

I've saved 8 tokens for a cart I want, but when I tried to buy 5 more dollars to get the last token I accidentally used all 7 on that cart with all outlet items, so no discount was made.

Now is there anyway I can get those token back?

    Put in a ticket to customer support and explain what happened. Have the order number ready.
