[Help] Issues loading files

Hi

So as title states - I keep running in to an issue where if I save a file (scene), with a Genesis 8 character in this scenario - when I load that scene again - many parameters have changed (hand poses, bend values on arms etc, character y-axis coordinates). 
I'm trying to render a video, but It's completely unviable if I can't pause the rendering (image series), because the save file is wrong eveytime I load it...

Any input or help appreciated,

I regurlarly save scene files with animation, if I am doing dForce simulation. And I have never experienced such issues.

Does your log give any relevant information Help > Troubleshooting > View Log File?

How are you posing your characters?
