Viewport styles

I can follow the way to customise the colours of the various parts of the viewport. Currently I am using Hollywood Boulevard because its quite a simple format but I am stuck on the customise style process. The screen shot shows what I currently have set up and I cannt actually figure out what the various options are.

I know the full list for the base is Back/Fore/Light/Mid/ Dark/Darkest but as you can see from the screen shot its impossible to read the details. Can some on please let me know how to edit this to give me a white background with black text...

Also some kind of guide relating to what the various options relate to would be helpful....

what an idiot i am. Just noticed the defaults check box so problem solved....
