There are settings in DAZ that allow you to fix poke-thru during a DForce simulation. I can't remember where they are and I can't find them. Does anyone know what/where they are?

You can try change to Best collision model in Simulation Settings, and/or increase number of substeps.
Else you could try to increase collision distance in Surface settings.
Or if you are using animated simulation, you could try an in between pose.
Or fix it with mesh grabber, a push modifier with a small offset or in a modeller.
