What happened with the search engine in the shop?

I try to find hair, all I get is new arrivals, and 1 page. There exist at least 1000 hair for Gen 8. Is this a bug?

The Daz Store search has never worked well. If I search for Hair and limit it to Genesis 8 Female, it only shows 40 products.

I don't know how you did the search but seems to work fine here. I just selected "hair" in the top menu and limited to G8F, it gives me 1367 items, that doesn't include those I already purchased.

p.s. If you mean the search box, that only returns one page of items, that you can choose the size of from 40 to 80 in the "items per page" selector. It's not that it doesn't work, but rather tries to guess the best items for your specific search, so for example "black long hair" and "blonde short hair" will return different sets.

So you get more than just one page?

 

AHA, so writing in hair in search works meh. Thanks mate. Now I got tons of stuff to look on again. This post is can be closed.

I searched for "The AntFarm" and got the aforementioned 40 items on one page; I opened one of the items found and clicked on "The AntFarm" by the Artist info and got 384 items.

The store's search has always been a little dodgy, but listing only 40 items is new.

Same here, searched for "autumn" and know the shop good enough to say that the search result (40 products with or without AI) lacks several products.

It's definitely bugged out. If I search something common like "poses" I get exactly 40 results on 1 page. If I change the "Items Per Page" dropdown to 60 or 80 I get exactly 60 or 80 results total on 1 page.
