Will someone please sort out my confusion Coupon Failed Again

All these are Daz Originals not platinum club, I do not own any of the, and yet every month my coupon fails what is going on? years ago, you picked up a Daz Original with the coupon tossed it in your basket and waved hello to the cashier as you walked away with your prize. Whats going on it doesn't work I have raised tickets about this issue and recieved no help.  Does anyone else have this problem, is there a magical rabbit hole I am missing, should I pass go and run.

    Are they items from the Outlet store ?

    Coupons won't work on them.

    Thank you well that makes sense sadly but thank you, at least now I understand, I did ask Daz and they said it was because I had bought part of the item, your explanation makes perfect sense.

    That was very helpful and I managed to use the voucher on a daz original that was not in the outlet area thank you very much x
