Why lighting decreases when I load a light in my scene?

Hi! When I load a light (like a pointlight or a spotlight) in a scene that has no light yet, it seems that the gobal lighting decreases, a bit like if the environnement itself no longer emitted lighting anymore, and only the ligh that I loaded does. Then, when I want to illuminate a part of the scene by adding a light,, it does not do what I want since the rest of the scene is less illuminated than before... Is there a way to avoid that, please?

Thank you in addance!

If there is no scene lights there is a pseudo headlight that illuminates the scene.

After loading of a light, you can come back by untick Windows > Preview Light (Ctrl-L)

You might be able to save an empty scene with Preview Light to Off and use that as default start  scene (I haven't tried it)
