Strange hand deformation Genesis 9

So I recently purchased a character from RENDERHUB, She is GENESIS 9, loads perfectly, however the hands deform during any pose, and the default GENESIS 9 pose (when she is loaded up) places her not in the A POSE but with her arms sort of curled forward.

I have been in touch with the developer of the character, it has been a week or more, and he has yet to reply, so I was wondering if anyone here has a solution, because I am at a lose.

( I was not sure if I should post pictures or product details, because it is from another website, but I am happy to provide if I can )

    Uninstal the character or figure out what it is doing - most likely some kind of controller or joint adjustment is being applied when it shouldn't be (and also twice when it should if the character itself has the distortion).

    Hi Richard, thanks for the reply, I have already tried to completley unistall the character downlaod another copy of it from RENDERHUB, and reinstall, but the same issue happens :( .

    It may well be a bug in the character, not a fault in your downloaded files or installation method.

    Or maybe the vendor didn't do Adjust Rigging to Shape after making the character's morphs... Better post a screenshot.

    You can try: after posing the figure, with the figure selected, go to: Edit > Figure > Rigging > Adjust Rigging to Shape...

    Also, in Parameters pane, click the gear icon on the right of the body morph property of the character, Parameter Settings, check if it's ERC Freezed.

    Hey Crosswind, I tried all that as you suggested, and still the hands deform, I'm starting to think its a bug in the morph, because when I load the character she has deformed fingers, however when I remove the character morph, everything works great.

    Does anyone have any experience with BATTLESHIP SAM, from DAZWRAPS over on RENDERHUB?? This is the character, I am talking about above, has anyone who has this character figured out the issue?

    I have already messaged DAZWRAPS, on RENDERHUB,  while I did get a reply saying DAZWRAPS would look into the issue, 3 weeks have past and dispite emailing him/her on various websites, I have yet to get any reply.
