Installation issue with "Pirate’s Bride Bundle" by PAMAWO

Hello everyone,
I recently bought the Pirate’s Bride Bundle by PAMAWO. Unfortunately, the product will not install properly.
-
Automatic installation via DIM / Daz Central doesn’t work – nothing shows up in the library.
-
Manual installation doesn’t work either – the files don’t appear or can’t be used in Daz Studio.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any ideas or solutions would be very welcome.
Thank you in advance!

Hallo zusammen,

You are looking in the Content Library under Daz Studio Formats?
Yes. I can find the asset. I prefore to look with smart content. There I can see the asset. But I can´t load it, ´cause something isn´t found.
No issue on my side in terms of installation as well as assets loading ...
What do you mean by "can't load it" and "sth. isn't found" ... What did you load ? Any error message there ?
What isn't found?
I get this error message when loading every single asset. This must have been discussed here in the forum before, but unfortunately I can't find the post.
Where would I find the “log file” and what can I learn from it?
Sorry, I'm not familiar with this yet.
I load everything in the same way. I only have a problem with this product.
You find the log in Help > Troubleshooting > View Log (newest entries in the bottom).
And it will tell more about the error.
Please put the viewport in a non-textured Drawstyle (e.g. Smooth Shaded) if you need to show an unclothed figure.
Thank you for the clarification, Richard. I understand now that the recommendation to use a non-textured shader is not about the technical content of my question, but about following the forum guidelines when showing figures without clothing. I’ll make sure to do that in future posts.
ok, I´ll test it. When there is a new quest, I´ll come back. But I´be heard, that this special problem was discussed here for some time. I´d would be happy to find this post. Perhaps someone has a tipp :-)
Oh, found it. And what exactly should I be looking for? I haven't found anything about it yet. Can I read about the functions of the log file somewhere? :-)
Try to attach the log or relevant parts to a post.
I am not aware of any kind of formal description.
