Make a Outside Surface Look Wet?

What can I adjust or use from the Daz Shop to make the entire side walk look "wet" after say a rain shower?  See attachment.

I did use After Rain 2. Although it made patches of rain puddles.

The all use the same trick:

1. create a primitive plane and place it on the ground
2. scale it pretty large
3. apply the iray water or glass shader from the Daz Studio Default Resources
4. Add displacement if you want
