help me find this tattoo?

hi everyone, I'm trying to find this tattoo, in hopes that I can find this character model. It was used in an adult visual novel in A.O.A. Academy, the game was made using old genises 3 models but I've scoured the site hoping to find some sort of clue but alas I have found nothing. So maybe someone else has seen this tattoo somewhere? please help.
