Updo of Fantasy Hair for Genesis 8 and 9

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I am having trouble using the hair band materials on a Genesis 8 character with this out of touch hair, no matter what I select in the scene pane, the band stays its default colour (wether cap, band or crown). I am selecting G8 in the smart content.

I can use shaders no issue, but I'd like to be able to change it in the materials tab.

Does anyone else have this hair, and have they been able to change the hairband colours for a G8?

    They work as expected on my side. You need to select the node of Updo Of Fantasy Cap Genesis 8 before applying the material presets.

    @crosswind Thanks for the reply.

    Strange. As per my post, I have tried selecting cap, the band itself and the whole hair. Colours do not apply.

    Will try uninstalling and reinstalling package.
