    The problem ist not the rendering.

    The problem is the creating of the scene (as I ask about here http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/73523/strange-opengl-error-not-enough-ram-daz-studio-4-9#latest); I can`t add more than three Genesis2 or Genesis3 figures in a scene before DAZ Studio freeze (or clear) the scene viewport and tell me that I don`t have enough memory.

    In the NVidia software there's a configuration tab where you can choose which graphics processor should be used when you start a software. You might need to add DAZ Studio there to the software list and set to use NVidia card. At least that's what I had to do on my Dell XPS, can't check and explain in detail as I'm on differnt PC using AMD for few more weeks.

    Yes; their is a configuration option but DAZ Studio did not appear in the list of software. Their are Adobe, IE, Firefox, DVD-Player and so on but DAZ Studio are not available to choose. And even if it were available I only can choose to use NVIDIA or onboard Intel Graphic... and booth are 8GB only... so it doesn`t make any difference unless I can choose that it use booth (or unless I have enough money to buy a real High End PC with at last one or two 16GB Titan)

    If it's not on the list you can add DS manually to the list. You should try that to see if it's different to the Intel chip.

    So am I. I am going to build a new machine around a Pascal card when they become available. As I've said before, this is my secondary computer; that's why I'm trying to keep the costs down on this particular purchase.

    Well... I really should NOT have discussed this with my buddy Paul. He (and my wife agreed) that I should probably just invest go up to $250 and get the 960 chipset. And, after much deliberation, I think they're right. So, I've moved the discussion over to this thread:
