Can anyone tell me where I can find the tray used in the Retro Sci Fi Toon Gadgets (visible in main image)?

I'd assumed that it was part of the package, but I see it's not actually listed in the product items. I'm putting together a scene in the Sick Bay and need it to hold the instruments.
