Coupons not Valid, is that Because I just renewed my membership

HI I went to my basket, chose a daz original popped it in the basket, flashed my coupon at the cashier and its not valid.

Is this because I only just renewed my membership? Fair game. Will the coupons work next month or am I missing something "valid" a rule thats been invented.

First Ai disappears, now the coupons disappear because of new rules whats with O/ rubbish when did that take over?

It really isn't was it used to be is it, now I wish I hadn't paid for my Annual membership, and if you think I am just whining because I didn't get my coupon, too right! 

Please move this to where ever it may be, mean time I will file a ticket and ask for a refund.

Which coupon? Is this a renew after a gap or a renew from earlier this month (renewing in a given month doesn't give two uses of the coupon codes)?

Thanks sorry I never replied, I was in a bad mood and it wasn't this problem, any way someone has just explained that anything in outlet even if its daz original cannot be used with the coupons, thats a crafty move on Daz really, and disappointing, but it what it is, I will have to search the highlands of Daz for none outlet daz originals, I am not holding my breath.

Outlet and quickgrab replaced fastgrab, and the coupons didn’t work on fastgrab items so it's coherent with how it worked previously.
