Traffic signal with just two lights?

I am wondering if there is a traffic signal with just two lights, which I can use for two flashing yellow lights attached to a sign that warns motorists that a highway is closed when alternating amber lights flash.

It can be easily turned into a "two signals" traffic light by using Geometry Editor or Conditional Grafts with the converted figure of it ~~

Then you can apply whatever shaders you like to its surfaces ...
