How to add freckles to my character?

I bought E3D Ellie HD from the store. In one of the promo images, Ellie has freckles on her face. How can I add these freckles? Are they included with the product or do I need to buy them separately?

I don't have the product, but looking at the labelling on the promo images and the list of included files I would think you apply the E3D Ellie Alter MAT preset to get the freckled skin.
