Geometry cutting tools beyond Cutaway Plane

In DAZ Studio there is a tool called Cutaway Planes. These are not just simple planes, but special section elements that cut away everything behind them during render. A very handy feature, and I use it a lot.
My question is: are there similar tools, but not limited to a plane — for example a cube, square, or other shapes? Something that would allow me to quickly and conveniently create holes or cutouts in geometry, hide unnecessary parts, without having to open Blender and spend a lot of time doing boolean operations. Are there any plugins or ready-made solutions for this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Not built-in, but there is https://www.daz3d.com/gescon-ii-constructive-solid-geometry
The native items, which are actually part of Iray and work only in Iray, are called Section Planes.
I ended up spending almost two and a half hours trying to work with the Gescon tool. Eventually, I just opened Blender, cut out the object in about three minutes, and imported it back into DAZ. Looking back, I probably should have done that from the start instead of trying to come up with workarounds.
More to Daz Studio Discussion, as it wasn't a scripting issue or question.
Yes. Gescon doesn't get the results I want. I want to take the geometry of certain props and smash them up like concrete breaking into bits and also have the optin of animating it.
