Why is there no "scale" option in parameters for this asset

I have a G2 cheerleader outfit that I want to use dforce on.  But I want to make it bigger using the scale option in parameters.  That option's not there.  This is before I apply any dforce modifiers or surface modifiers.  I don't autofit to any character.   Just the straight up outfit.  Any ideas?

The Scale parameters might be hidden. In Parameters click on the local menu (4 bars in a corner) Preferences > Show hidden.

Well, if you change Scale on a rigged garment without fitting it on any Genesis figure, you may get unexpected result as Scaling is not proportional (screenshot 1).  You might have to further tweak it cumbersomely.

    Suggest you an alternative :
    1) Re-rig the garment to G2F by using Transfer Utility + Full-body template,  as the settings shown in (screenshot 2)
    2) You'll find a new morph property FBMExpandAll on the garment. Dialing it may bring you better result (screenshot 3)

Then dForce the garment as you wish ~

Thanks felis and crosswind.  The problem with scaling is that I want to have the dress thrown across the back of a chair and when I simulate it, it shrinks down to about half, making if unusable.  I just wanted to scale it back up after dforce simulation, but there is no option.  So I decided to scale it up before simulating, but there was no "scale" option in Parameters when I load the dress.

    I'll try what crosswind suggests.

Why do you wanf to scale it up-down? What size do you want it to have?
