Problem with new asset, "Circle of Stone"

So, this is a brand new asset but it looks like the PA messed it up? The environment is the size of a postage stamp, and if you blow it up to the nearly 2,000% scale it needs to be, it lags the viewport really badly. How do you go about reaching out to a PA to let them know about a problem?
