Help identify what product was used

One of the preview examples in the product Ayu for Genesis 8 and 8.1 Female has a face and neck mask I've not seen before. It is the second to last image preview (four panel). The creator did not provide any credits to other products used unfortunately. If anyone knows what face mask this is, would appreciate it very much. Image provided in attachments.
