Errors with the new updates

This month I've had problems rendering models with a subdivision level above 3,when I render, it keeps loading but never starts rendering. I've never had these problems before, and now when I try to use Dforce, an error appears, something about my 4090. It still works, but I can no longer see how the object is simulated.

I've updated my drivers, but it's still the same. My specs:

RTX 4090

AMD Ryzen 7 5700x 8-Core

64 GB RAM

Windows 11 Pro

Is your GPU listed in Render Settings > Hardware?

And is it listed in Simulations Sedttings > Advanced?

    Yes, on both lists.

When you have had such a case, try to attach your log. It might tell more.

Log can be found in Help > Troubleshooting > View Log

2025-08-16 14:40:44.880 [WARNING] :: \src\sdksource\fileoutput\dzassetoutfile.cpp(11541): No geometries match the vertex count of morph "PHMEyelashesCurl"

That's the only “warning” it gives me, and then it just keeps loading forever.
I think it's an old model, but I don't remember.

Posting the whole log might be illuminating.

  • I figured it out. Apparently, I have to set the subdivision level and the render subdivision level to the same number. Every time I used 3, the render subdivision level was set to 4, so now I've set both to 3 and it works
