I've taken a look around and can't find the exact hair in that promo shot, but this one gets really close: https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-strand-based-early-summer-bob-hair-for-genesis-9-and-genesis-8-female. It doesn't look like there's a morph to move the hair over the right ear, though. And the part is off-center versus in the middle.
