DMB - Royal Hall with Royal Chairs Question

I'm glad to see a nice envronment at a low price ($19.95 before discounts) as the Daily Mind Blower (http://www.daz3d.com/royal-hall-with-royal-chairs). but it only says rhat it loads with "Iray optimized materials".  Will it work OK in 3DL and how does it look? Has anybody tried it?
