Best way to get candle light effect?

Imagine you have a bunch of characters sitting around a candle telling stories, I'm looking to get a lighting effect from the candle that you know has those dark contrast lightning where it adds to the ambience.

I've currently tried an emmissive with luminance and lumisous efficiacy blasted up but it ends up either casting very little light or red dots everywhere.

Wondering if anyone has a great suggestion, thanks!
