New error, at least for me

I used DAZ yesterday creating a rather nice animation, using a GF8 model and Animate2.
After that, I bought a boatload of files in the evening, but didn't download them...SHAME on me.

This is the next day and I have a message I have never seen before..."The account referenced is not setup in Install Manager".
I'm afraid to just reinstall DIM, I've had issues in the past.

    Is DIM set to store your log-in credentials or do you enter them afresh each time? Have you changed your email (or password)? Reinstalling DIM wouldn't help with a settings issue, which this appears to be. One possibility might be that something has happened to the account.ini file in 

    %appdata%/daz 3d/installmanager/useraccounts/

    Another thing to note is that they are case sensitive. I found that out the hard way with the same issue my actual email is all lowercase for letters but I had the first letter capitalized and DIM said "Nope".

    I password problem?? Could be, I will check that.

    That could be the answer to my next issue. I am unable to add any newly purchased items. I am down at least 10 items.
    I will check the password and hopefully that will fix the problem. 
    As added info, I had DAZ installed on my 2T C drive. I needed more space so I cloned my C drive to a 4T drive.
    There were a couple issues where windows didn't like my Key #, Swapped out for a new Key # and after which all seemed good.
