i loaded a gen 8 actor and then applied morphs and then clothes, and only then realized he should be in default T position. But I cannot find that pose in poses? How force actor into default pose, please?

after i posted the above, i looked and found Restore and Zero, but the advice box popped up and recommended Restore so i chose that, seems ok.

    thanks,

Edit>Figure>Restore>Restore Figure Pose will restore to the currently memorised (default) shape, but if the figure loaded posed that may not help. Edit>Figure>Zero>Zero Figure Pose will zero the pose, which may also differ from the default default. If neither of those works you could try loading the base figure, copying it, and then Edit>Paste>Paste Figure Pose (folowed by Edit>Figure>Memorise>Memorise Figure Pose so you don't have to do it all again).

dondraw Also, some poses sold here in the store or if you want some free somewhere else can do the trick.

These include a Zero Pose or Restore Pose function.

This screenshot may give you an idea.

No materials or poses have been applied to the scene.

The Hair is one that Nokisaki has made available free in the forums, is called Noki Airy Low Ponytail Hair.

The pose is one of Zeddicuss.

I made this reference for you.

I save a default pose in my pose folder both zero load without any morphs dialed in and just a zero load pose so I keep my appled or dialed in character

I say zero load as it's not zeroed as in all the correctives etc still applied, it's just the way it loads first in the scene

Daz store have its mind of its own, when it come to searching.

I have several zero poses, but no idea where they came from.

You have in poses tried to just search for zero?

If you don't have any, then load a default character and store its pose, when saving you might want to untick 'translations', as it will move your character to world center.

  • dondraw did you do a search in the store for poses?

It will depend on what Figures you are after, Genesis (First Generation only known as such Genesis) Genesis 2, 3, 8, 8.1 and 9.

Zeddicuss is one of many poses creators in the store.

In the Outlet Store and quick grab, you can buy some poses at a very good price.

Of course, there are many more available in the store, a bit far more expensive.

    The choice is yours!

    Good luck!
