Membership payment.
A bit of a story here - but I've been a member with Daz3d for about 21 years, and had a quarterley subscription paid via a Paypal account through an old e-mail address. Around 2018/2019, my Paypal account was hacked (nothing taken thank goodness, I acted quickly). Paypal closed the account down (or froze it) and as I also had issues with a Facebook hack related to the same e-mail account, I attempted to close down the e-mail account (but VirginMedia couldn't completely close it as I have my tv/internet subscription through them too).
Anyway, at Daz 3d, I changed my e-mail address to a new one and changed the payment details on my Daz account to a debit card. Job done I thought.- the quarterly payments came from the debit card until I decided to cancel the quarterly payments as I don't use Daz 3d much any more. I still have the same Daz 3d account, with all of my purchases available going back to 2004.
I've not used the old e-mail address or looked at it properly for years - everything goes to the new e-mail address, including Virgin Media stuff and the regular e-mails from Daz. However, Virgin Media told me that they'd sent an e-mail to the old e-mail address today, so I had to go through some hoops and sign in. To my surprise, I saw a couple of declines via Paypal for the quarterly payment to Daz!! It also implied that there was around 600-700 dollars that I owed! Surely this must be clerical error as I changed it years ago and was, until I cancelled it, paying that on my debit card?
I've e-mailed Daz3d sales today (not had a response yet).
Any thoughts anyone?

I should add that nothing has actually debited as a result of Daz3d trying to take the payment via Paypal since the Paypal account was frozen back in 2018/2019 - it's just a claim that's made and rejected by Paypal. The subscription status on Daz3d is "inactive", with payment details listed as N/A.
emailed or opened a ticket, with Sales support? The latter is what you want to do, but they do not work weekends and may take a few days to deal with the ticket once the week starts.
I guess this is proof of sort that not all DAZ 3D users engage with the forums. 21 years a member, and a post count of 2!
Never really felt the need to, sorry!
no problem, better late than never :-)
I reckon this is a paypal thing, like if you read this;
https://bugs.daz3d.com/hc/en-us/articles/5614208427277-How-do-I-Cancel-My-Daz-Membership
it mentions that you have to cancel via PayPal as well, so if you only cancelled with Daz PayPal would still have been trying to send the payment. I don't think Daz can cancel those
