Reset all settings to default

I need help resetting all settings to factory defaults. Namely, I wrote a script to save the publisher name and product name to the material library. For this, I used the Script IDE window. But I couldn't do it, I couldn't bring up the window through the Save as / Support assets / Figure/Pops assets menu... I wanted to roll back to the default settings via F3 / the defaults button did nothing. I lost the settings window when saving an asset to the library, the my library/figure directory immediately opens. What I did to reset to defaults was first to delete the installation manager and all the files associated with it, then to delete the DAZ 3D folder along the path c:\Users\user name\AppData\Roaming\DAZ 3D\.
 Then I deleted the folder along the path c:\Users\user name\Documents\DAZ 3D\Studio\ also cleared the folder along the path c:\Users\Public\Documents\DAZ 3D\
 and also deleted the folder along the path: c:\ProgramData\DAZ 3D\ then cleared the temp folder. Then cleaned the registry. Restarted Windows, reinstalled the installation manager, installed DAZStudio and the problem remained when writing props to the library, the directory window immediately opens and the parameter window for writing is not activated. If nothing can be done, then the cardinal solution remains reinstalling Windows. If anyone knows how to return the default settings, please tell me.
