Iray viewport preview flickering

Hi all.

Noticed this starting this morning. When I select the Iray option in the Viewport, the scene flickers between Iray and Texture Shaded.

The closer I get to an object, the more it stays with Texture Shaded, the further I get from the object the more it stays with Iray and flickers less.

Here is what I get in the log during one of these flicker cycles:

What I tried to solve the issue: 

  1. Installed latest studio driver 577 - NO CHANGE
  2. Installed latest Game Ready Driver 580.88 - NO CHANGE
  3. Checked VRAM usage - Belor 10 Gb from approx 24 GB available
  4. Checked Environment Settings - changing from dome to sun-sky NO CHANGE
  5. Hid alsmost all objects in the scene - NO CHANGE
  6. Turned off Preview Lights - NO CHANGE

Screenshot of what my viewport sees is attacked. I pointed an arrow on the object I zoom in on. 

My System:

  • Daz Premier 4.24.0.3
  • Processor AMD Ryzen 9 7950X 16-Core Processor, 4501 Mhz, 16 Core(s), 32 Logical Processor(s)

  • Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 128 GB

  • OS Name Microsoft Windows 11 Home

  • Nvidia RTX 4090 24GB GPU

Any help would be highly appreciated. My only other idea to troubleshoot this would be to pack the scene into scene subsets, merge them in new projects and see if the problem persists. That is a lot of effort at the moment.
