Hello Everyone,

Just in case anyone is looking for what might be a simple solution to a long standing issue running on Ubuntu with Wine...

I was always having the issue of the window not staying maximized until I ran winecfg & changed the setting as shown in the attached image.  "Emulate a virtual desktop, and matched the resolution of my monitor.  This may have been mentioned in one of the posts regarding how to run on linux, but for me they were all TLDR - seriously - at my age I don't even buy ripe bananas.
