Install Manager Not Installing Products

Hey, sorry if this is the wrong place to be posting this, not sure where else to put it and it is (I think) an issue with my Install Manager.

Randomly, this evening, when I was installing new products I purchased today on the Daz Store, some just would not install, a few of the first ones to be downloaded installed and then the last few just wouldn't. There's no error message, no 'fail' or 'retry' button. I click on the install button, or it tries to automatically, and the progress bar remains at 0% and there's no yellow filling the bar. According to my hard drive, its active and doing something while its 'installing' but I see no progress.

Again, I'm getting no error messages and I don't think internet connections, or connections to Daz's servers would be an issue here as its the installation part, which I imagine is local as its on my computer, right? I did have an issue earlier with these products I purchased as the first time I tried to buy them, the payment process wouldn't go through and so I went to try to buy them again on my phone's internet browser and the payment went through right away. Hours later, I got an email saying that my first attempt had finally gone through and so I'd been charged twice for the same products, so I'm in the process of requesting a refund for my first attempt as I got what I was after the second time, thinking my first attempt was stuck in an infinite loading loop at the payment process part and I'd never had this issue before, so I thought that it would never go through and basically bought them again.

Now, I'm wondering if this is why I can't install them? Because its confused as I've got two orders with the same list of products? So, it might not install until one of them is cancelled by Daz? Or is this more an issue with the Install Manager itself?

I think I might wait until my refund comes through and my first attempt at ordering it is gone.

Anyone else have similar issues and, if so, did it resolve on its own? Is it related to the double purchase and that's causing Install Manager to not install anything? Another thing is that my external HDD goes up to 100% usage when trying to install anything, but does not make any noises and its not that my drive is failing because I've checked the health of it using other software to monitor that, and when I'm on Daz Studio itself, it loads what I have installed no brother in little to no time. I've also just tried to install other products that are not a part of this double purchase and they installed fine and really fast. Weird.

Any idea how to fix this? Or do I just wait until this refund comes through and my other order is cancelled?

Thank you.

Can you post the DIM log for us to take a look at? Will give us a better idea of what it's doing.

It might have been a server issue. Did you try to wait a while and tried again?

    Hey, everyone.

So, it finally installed something and its now installing other products too. Its a bit slower than usual, but at least its installing them now. I'll wait and see if it manages to install the rest of what I bought yesterday.

So, it seems to be that my drive has a really slow write speed which, occasionally, goes up to normal speeds. But, I've checked the health of my drive and its fine, its passed tests. Again, things load instantly on my Daz Studio itself, its just that I have a really slow write speed for some reason on Install Manager and so things are taking forever to install. The write speed goes up and down from 70KB to a few hundred KB and then will show 0KB. Occasionally, it jumps up to 30-odd MBs for a few seconds. Could Daz's servers be causing this somehow? I know its the installation part, not downloading, but I really don't know how to explain this, or work with it other than just waiting and putting up with weirdly long installation times. The installation starts off strong, going fast and then slows to a crawl.
