How can I alter a character's material in an animation?
in The Commons
So I recently watched Wuk's animations over She-Hulk, and it got me wanting to make my own She-Hulk model for fun! I made a Jennifer Walters and her alter-ego, but I don't know how to change her skin from normal to green over time. I can do everything else, but that. If anyone knows or how, or if it's even possible, please let me know!
I am trying to alter the base color for the skin mainly. Everything else can be pretty well hidden from view, like her changing eyes or changing hair, but the skin is the most noticeable part. However, if it's also possible to alter emission values for the irises, that'd be great too.

DS materials are not diectly aniamtable, but you can use a script to link (and, more to the point, relink on load) material properties to a node property that is animatable. See http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/software/dazstudio/4/referenceguide/scripting/api_reference/samples/elements/post_load_material_proxy_create/start (creation) and http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/software/dazstudio/4/referenceguide/scripting/api_reference/samples/elements/post_load_material_proxy_link_properties/start (relinking).
I've not purchased or used this...

... but it *might* do the kind of thing you want?
(And it's in the Outlet store, so cheap).
