Father Time character and outfit?

Is there any outfit and character based on Father Time in the Shop or any place?

I would like to use a long white beard, a white robe, leather sandals, and a scythe for the outfit and props.

I seem to remember a promo of one for New Years but an actual outfit/character, I am not sure. (Tired right now and seriously bad headache.)
