Hello, new to the forum. Looking to hire a contract animator and a modeler. Please advise if this is the right place.
Looking for high detailed, high experienced on each job and has a full open schedule over the next two months.

Contract jobs, will need to sign NDA's; paying very well.

If you've got money to spend, why would you look in the DAZ Studio forums for two things, neither of which is DAZ Studio's strong suit?

I would think you'd get better responses on Fiverr or UpWork, and ask for pros or semi-pros that use Maya, Blender, Houdini, etc...

approach people on artstation whose work are in the style you want?

your job spec isnt very descriptive.  Modelling and animating what?  Someone who is doing hard surface modelling or environments is not necessarily going to be good at character modelling generally.  Stylized character creators are not going to necessarily be good at realistic characters.  You are asking to have your time wasted or waste others time by having them apply when their skills dont overlap.  The lack of thought that goes into a request like this might turn people off.
