Genesis 9 eye blink problem [closed]

Hi everyone,

I'm having an issue with my Genesis 9 figures: the eyes are now blinking asymmetrically (see attached images).

Initially, I had the "The Age for Genesis 9" asset installed, and with that, the issue was even worse — both eyes were affected. I've since uninstalled the asset, which improved things somewhat, but the problem persists: the left eye closes correctly, but the right one still doesn't.

I found some forum posts mentioning that "The Age" causes problems, and I cleaned up everything related to it as best I could. However, I'm still stuck — one eye behaves normally, while the other clearly has a bug.

There are no hidden morphs active anymore, and I haven't noticed any unusual sliders that could be causing this.

The issue occurs with all Genesis 9 figures I've tested so far.

Has anyone else experienced this and found a fix? Any ideas would be appreciated.

Well... embarrassing, but I found the culprit.
As so often happens, you find the solution right after posting for help.

Problem is resolved on my end.

    Thanks anyway!

And the solution is?? I've had this problem sometimes as well.

An eye morph from another model somehow snuck in.
When I enabled hidden properties and searched for 'eyes' under Genesis 9, it showed up – highlighted in blue. Setting it to 0 fixed the eyes. I think the color depends on the morph from the model that got mixed in.

The other major issue was the asset 'The Age', which I uninstalled. But same story there: hidden properties had active morphs that shouldn’t have been enabled at all.

A new update to The Age for Genesis 9 dropped into DIM today and a confirmation received it works.
