How to download purchased items and install is not working

I attempted to download my purchases products but I get an error in Daz that all the files are not there. What is the easiest way to download these items and how do I get the installer to work? Also, when downloading in installer, I get a "retry" over and over.

When it says 'retry' it is usually the servers that has an issue.
You should be able to download your preferred way.
I have just downloaded some with DIM, so I would suggest to just try again.
Thanks, I've no idea what I'm doing. Nothing is in Daz. It shows my figures, then they disappear. I clicked Smart Products and all products but they are gone. If I close out and open they come back.
Try to post some screenshots of what you are seeing.
How have you been installing?
That sounds like you may have Microsoft OneDrive installed and it is moving your files to the Microsoft cloud. There are many forum threads that discuss this issue.
I have unlinked OD but it still shows in the default directory! How do I change this? One Drive is a nightmare. I've searched here but no answers. Thanks
For changing the content library path, you must edit it in Daz Studio Edit > Preferences > Content > Content Directory Manager and then under the relevant types.
And if you are using DIM to install, you must also change it there under Advanced Settings > Installation.
I'm done with this. Now I cannot uninstall Daz! It is not in the Remove programs and I uninstalled DIM
The Windows unisntall lst does not list things isntalled through other tools, such as DIM - reinstall DIM, uninstall DS (assuming you didn't delete the manifest fles it uses to track its work), uninstall DIM.
