Product updates to products I don't own

I just purchased two products and loaded DIM to install them and notices there were five products in the "Product Updates" section to products I have never purchased. If Daz3D wants to give me a product it should be in the "Products" area NOT the Product Updates area. This error or seemingly unusual transaction is the type of thing to be on the look out for with scammers or hackers.

Daz3D, please be mindful of how you do things so as not to cause undue concern in relation to hackers and scammers.

    If you want people to comment on it, it would be good to mention which products you are talking about.

    If they were added by Daz (or as part of a bundle) then finding them in the Product Library page of your account should give the details.

    The Lite products were freebies when in-app notifications were introduced, I don't think they were added automatically - and the fact that they appear as updates does suggest you had taken them up at the time.

    The Hime Hair (the only one I checked) is not manually added to my account, which is usually the case for products gifted to any account and it'll usually overwrite the previous status of an item (case in point: the Genesis 9 Starter Essentials Extension is labelled manually added to my account but I paid for it long before Premier was available).

    Could they have been part of an updated Essentials package? I had the full set of the HDR and found the LITE version arrived around the time of G9 I think. It is a little disconcerting when you have two versions of the same product.

    I have only one of the Lite products, so I don't think they were auto-added.

    The Updates section is DIM is populated on your side of the link by comparing the file on the server with the file in the Downloads folder (or the manifest for the installed product is installed), it isn't Daz flagging some things as updates, so if the products are in updates they must have been previously downloaded.

    Thank you, ALL. I did a quick search in DIM and tes, they were download in 2023. I have never used them and didn't know they existed. Must have been a give-away that I just downloaded all on, not taking any notice of what was being downloaed. 

    Sorry for my rant.
