Axis Colors in Parameters Window

I don't know if this has been answered.  I've tried doing a seach but I get hundres of answers that have nothing to do with my question.

My parameters window no long has colors.  It might be different if the axis lines in the viewport window had the axis names visible "Y", "Z", "X".

It happened in the last update.  Did I do something or is this a bug?
